With a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and people, she leads Intermix with a focus on delivering innovative workforce solutions, operational excellence, and exceptional service for businesses, government contractors, mission-driven organizations, and professionals across evolving workforce needs.
A key part of her vision is second-chance workforce and reentry placement—creating meaningful employment pathways for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and women, including individuals preparing to reenter the workforce, while partnering with employers willing to recognize their skills, readiness, potential, and desire for a genuine second chance.
